Our wedding was in February, 2011. We started planning around November-December thinking we could do this 150-guest event ourselves. We soon drove ourselves crazy with getting a room, finding caterers, food, flowers, music, and all the trimmings, not to mention our other activites and work. In January, we gave in and hired Brenda as our wedding planner. BEST decision we made for the wedding after the planning began.
Brenda was there for us, constantly available to answer phone calls and get together to discuss updates and new ideas. She found a bunch of great caterers, servers, music people, and other support people to choose from.
She arranged all the contracts and background paperwork, and everything went smoothly. She was there from beginning to end, including bringing us some of the leftovers the next day to our home. And no, she did not hover over us like the nanny nobody wants. Everybody we talked to said" they had a blast", and it was hard to get many of them even to leave. We were told by several family members and friends it was the best wedding they had ever been to -- from the food to the music to the venue, it was a affair to remember!!!
We are so glad we had Brenda there to give us her outstanding advice -- we highly recommend Brenda Kaesler! We THANK YOU BRENDA!!!!

Hello Brenda, We arrived back this afternoon, to 80 degree weather! The wedding was perfect-even the cold didn't seem to matter.
Olivia particularly loved the cocktails in the little courtyard, as did I. Mike was a great bartender and seems like a great guy. By the time we sat down to eat, we were ready for more partying. There was lots of dancing after and we finished it all off with a fantastic hike in the park the next day (later in the day!).
Thank you again for all your help. You worked magic in the room, had everything ready, and adapted to a litany of changing circumstances. It was great working with you. Liv and Jean Mi were in fact stunned by how beautiful everything was and feel their dreams were realized. That's what we tried to do, and thanks for staying on that track with me. his year and I will continue to do so. I can't wait for the next big event when I get to hire you again!!
